Graham has been under hospice care since New Year's Day. About two and a half weeks ago, he gathered his thoughts together about an email to family and friends. Here is what he wanted to convey to you.

"I am so grateful that you have been part of my life.

To those of you who have welcomed me as family, I thank you wholeheartedly.

Thank you for your love and support.

Please focus your love and support on Monica after I have gone.

I am looking forward to seeing family and friends and loved ones who have gone before me. I've already begun to sense their presence nearby."

At about 2AM this morning, June 4 2014, while a favorite meditation tape played and I lay next to him asleep and holding his hand, he died. He was pain free and peaceful.
