Graciela Gonzalez was born in Bogota, Colombia on October 19, 1935, to Luis and Lucila Gonzalez and was a great sister to her 3 brothers. She went on to be with the Lord on October 3rd, 2021.

She was married to Francisco DePaula Gonzalez and had 5 children who now survive her, as well as 12 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren.

Graciela, known as Grace to many, was never at a loss for offering a loving or encouraging word. She had a gift for always gently guiding you to the knowledge of Christ. She was magnanimous in her soft spoken and tender spirit. It is not a wonder that her name was Grace. She carried and exuded the meaning of her name wherever she was. She was elegant, committed, loyal, courageous, selfless, and persevering. She was a forever optimist who loved you individually, unconditionally. Through her eyes you could be anything you told her you wanted to be.

Graciela's pride and joy were her children. She lived her life for them, through them, sharing each of their successes and challenges. The depth of her love was far and wide. She was a hardworking provider who worked in the beauty and textile industries. She was a loving wife who supported her husband with all his entrepreneurial endeavors.

Mami, Abuelita, Grace and Graciela will be lovingly remembered as the Matriarch of our family who leaves us great stories, memories and lessons for us to continually glean from. Thank you for sharing your beautiful life with us.
