Gloria Cook, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2023 at the age of 87 with her family by her side. Gloria was born in Fort Myers Florida on November 11,1936 to Waymen and Denny England. Gloria was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and even a great great grandmother. She was married for 61 years to Clifford Cook who has preceded her in death in 2019 and she had 4 Children: Brad, Brent (preceded her in death), Sheri and Ricky. Gloria had 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. Gloria split her church attendance for many years attending Starky Road Baptist Church in Seminole Florida about 7 months out of the year and during the summer months she attended McConnell Baptist Church in Hiawasee Georgia. She Sang in both choirs for many years and could still play the piano and sing great old gospel hymns right up till the very end. Service for Gloria will be held at the DeGusipe Funeral Home on Saturday December 16 at 10:00am.
