Gerard "Norman" Gray who died on August 11, 2020, was born in Liverpool, England on September 26, 1927 and educated at the prestigious Liverpool Collegiate School were he graduated as Class Valedictorian.
Norman Gray began his career serving in the Intelligence Corps of the British Army and went on to work in the public sector in finance and as an insurance auditor with Transamerica Occidental.
In 1955, Norman Gray married Audrey Gwendolen Crook in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He & Audrey were happily married for 65 years and resided in Los Angeles, California, New York City, Cornwall, England and France before retiring in Oviedo, Florida where they continued to enjoy visiting relatives all over the world and traveling on cruise ships to exotic locales including the Panama Canal, Russia, Barcelona and the Caribbean Islands.
Norman Gray is preceded in death by his son; Ethan Oliver Gray, his brothers; Kenneth Gray and Robert Moore and his sister-in-law; Thelma Harrison.
He is survived by his wife, Audrey Gwendolen Gray and loved and remembered by his family in England, Canada and the USA; his brother, Edward Moore and wife Anne and niece Lisa Dixon and husband Ed; the Moore family; the Gray family; the Dixon family; his brother-in-law, Geoffrey Carson and partner Annabelle, nephews Michael Carson, Steven Carson and Todd Carson and niece Robin Carson and the Carson family; his sister-in-law Betty Mashford and the Mashford family and his sister-in-law Rita DeSadeleer.
