On Thursday, May 27, 2021, Jerry, age 76 received his hard earned wings to be with the Lord. Knowing he is in God's loving care is very comforting. We know he is at peace. Though he wasn't able to say much but, "I'm at peace", loudly and clearly the day before his passing; he made this official by adding a little smile!

Jerry was born on July 31, 1944 in North Platte, Nebraska, the son of Clyde Leroy and Mary Ellen (Gleason) Trosper. He married his devoted wife Sandra Allen on June 11, 1966.

Many of his family have preceded him in death.

After his passing the family gathered to remember him by looking through hundreds of pictures. We laughed, we cried, we remembered and realized how much fun we had in the adventures and experiences throughout the years.

Jerry was a great father to his two kids, Chris and Angi. He was very proud of being Papa to his grandchildren, Croix and Cameron, Emily and Codi. He didn't get to be with great grandchildren Colton and Connor often but they will know their Papa through us.

As his wife, a piece of my heart has a large void. We will all miss him greatly.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests you 'pay it forward' or contribute to a charity of your choosing in Jerry's memory.

A Memorial Mass will be held on our 55th Wedding Anniversary, June 11 at 1:00 PM at Nativity Catholic Church, 3255 N Ronald Reagan Blvd, Longwood, FL 32750.
