George "Scott" Hudson, 61, passed away peacefully at his home Thursday, April 22, 2021. He was born in Orlando, FL on December 21, 1959 to Hoyette and Betty (Donaldson) Hudson.

As a teenager, he worked alongside his father in the citrus business, enjoyed horse back riding and competed in bull riding competitions. He graduated from Colonial High School in 1978 and attended community college before starting a career in construction. He enjoyed competing in cooking competitions, good food, music, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He was hard working, courageous, loyal and generous.

He is survived by his step son, James Nolan; granddaughter, Jacey Reece; sisters, Kay Barrick and Patty Riddile; brother, Lester Hudson; along with an aunt, cousins, niece, nephews and many life long loving friends.

A celebration of life for friends and family will held outdoors Saturday, May 15th, 1PM-4PM at Wanderlust Okto located in the Lake Nona area, 6551 New Hope Road, Orlando, FL 32824.
