With a heavy heart, we share that our loving mother has passed away from this world to Heaven on September 25, 2025. She was a soft spoken, gentle rose. She loved her family dearly. "Jeanie" loved to send out notes and cards to all she loved to remember their birthday or special occasion or just to let them know she thought about them. She never had a harsh word to anyone. She loved to walk, and square dance. She was a very accomplished seamstress. She loved to spend many hours reading. She spent time with her family and enjoyed many other activities especially hearing about her family.

She was a loving mother to 3 sons: Harold (Darlene) of Lafayette, LA, Lloyd (Maureen) of Maitland, FL and Carl (Tonya) of Carenero, LA. She has 7 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.

She was pre-deceased by her husbands: Harold Castille, Daryl Carlton and Ywell Thomas. May she rest in peace.
