Frank Kelbert Levene passed away on Sunday September 4th 2016 at his home in Apopka, Florida. He was born on October 8th 1932 to the late Randolph Rodrigues and Mabel Rodrigues in Georgetown, British Guiana. Frank was one of 6 children. He moved to United Kingdom on September 19th 1957 and worked at the British Rails in London. Frank later relocated to Canada and then to New York where he continued to further his Merchant Marine Engineering career. During Frank's 30 year maritime career he attended the NY Merchant Marine Institute, Kings Point Merchant Marine Academy, and Massachusetts Maritime Academy for training and licensing. Frank enjoyed sailing around the world, his favorite destinations were South America and the Mediterranean. When Frank was on leave or vacation he spent a lot of time with his family and friends. His Favorite hobbies were building speaker systems, home renovations, and fishing. Frank was preceded in death by his wife Ronnie and their daughter Andrea. Frank is survived by his sister Eileen Norfleet, five children: Lorraine, Dennis, Dona, Jeffrey and Marisa. He also leaves behind 10 loving grandchildren, Aisha, Kelly, Karizma, Gabrielle, Stephanie, Angela, Alexandria, Alanna, Adam, Alina and 2 great grandchildren Daniel and Destinee.
