Frank Howell, 59 , passed peacefully on Wednesday, April 20,2016 in Winter Garden, Florida. He was born on March 27,1957 to the late Billy Howell and Mary Louise Howell.
He is preceded in death by the love of his life Debbie Pitts who was with him 30 years and also survived by his son Matthew and step daughter Michele and all his siblings, Pat Smith, Joyce Smith, Billy Howell, Robert Howell, Richard Howell and Mavis Young.
Frank will be remembered as a loving caring father, brother, uncle and friend. He was rough, tough and had a big heart. His positive ways of thinking made him unique.(Fast Frank) will be greatly missed and always in our hearts.
