Francisco Soto Rodriguez was born in Arroyo, Puerto Rico on May 6th, 1936. He moved to the USA and joined the Marines, Fourth Battalion Platoon 114. After the Marines, Francisco got married in New York and moved back to Puerto Rico in 1963 with his wife and first two daughters.

"Pancho" became a mechanic at his own diesel mechanic shop. He was a hard worker, complicated, and an intense man who in his later years found Jesus Christ and love to share his faith with others. After retiring, he became a chaplain where he was able to share his love for Christ. We will miss him, but we know he was ready to be with the Lord and see his beloved daughter, Elizabeth.

He is survived by his wife Santa Nazario and daughters Wanda, Lourdes, and Mayi. His grandchildren Ahmed, Isaac, Joshua, Alexandra, Carolina, Orlando, Damian, and Melissa.
