Francis Arnoux Duncan, III, age 85, was born to the late Frank A. Duncan, Jr. and Mary Duncan on November 5, 1935 in Jersey City, NJ. He passed away on May 6, 2021 in Orlando, FL. Francis is survived by his wife; Jacqueline Duncan. Frank and Jackie enjoyed over 60 years together. Also surviving is his daughter; Suzanne Duncan, her husband Stephen Lundy. His two sons; John Francis Duncan and Francis Arnoux Duncan. Grandchildren Sydney Frendak, Madeleine & Elisabeth Duncan, Samantha, Nicholas & Rheanna Duncan and Great Grandchildren Connor, Jacqueline and Alexander.
Frank served his country in the United States Marine Corps. An avid skier, Frank taught all his family members to enjoy skiing. Frank also was a New Jersey high school football & basketball referee and baseball umpire. Frank worked for Public Service Electric & Gas Company, retired in 1986 and relocated to Florida's Space Coast where he decided to embark on a second career. Teaching mathematics and coaching golf at Melbourne Central Catholic and Trinity Prep. Upon retiring from his second career, Frank enjoyed his time playing golf and traveling with Jackie to visit family spread across the United States and Europe.
Frank will be remembered as a loving and doting husband, a mentoring father and grandfather. Frank will be missed and may he rest in peace. Semper Fi Marine!
