Frances J Hasty 78, was a beautiful, loving and devoted mother who passed away on September
16, 2014 at her daughter's home in Sanford, FL as was her wish. She was born on September 28,
1935 in Lake Mary, FL. Frances is survived by her children, Marilyn Barker, Donald Hasty (Brandy), Cheryl Yant, Randall Hasty and Keith Hasty (Rita), as well as nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters,Mildred
McElhaney and Elsie Batton and her brothers Charles and Henry Bridgeman.

Frances traveled a lot as a military wife, but always returned to her home and family in Sanford.
She was truly a joy to be around and dearly loved cooking great meals for her family and friends.
Frances was also a wonderful seamstress. She loved to sew and made all her own clothes and
helped out anyone needing an alteration. She loved arts of crafts of any kind, loved the Red Hat
Society, and couldn't wait for the daily paper to do her beloved crossword puzzles. Most of all,
Frances was a wonderful mother, granny and friend to all who knew her.

A funeral service will be held on Friday September 19th at the DeGusipe Funeral Home & Crematory
905 Laurel Avenue Sanford, FL 32771 at 11:00am.
