Frances "Fran" Fluty Heinzer, age 92 of Sanford, Florida, and formerly of Williamson, West Virginia, passed away on February 22, 2021.

Preceded in death by her parents Mont and Gertie (Copley) Fluty; siblings Clifton Irvin Fluty, Berta Lois (Fluty) Dempsey and Robert H. (Bob) Fluty.

She is survived by her son Ronald L. (Dianne) Fluty of Roanoke, VA; grand daughters Leigh Ann Fluty (Chris) Atkins, of Moneta, VA; Lori Bolinger (Mike) Anderson, of Fairfax Stations, VA; great grandchildren Caitlin Atkins (Daniel) Joyner of Suffolk, VA, Jacob Anderson, Sophia Anderson, and Joshua Anderson all of Fairfax Station, VA. Her surviving siblings include Monta Lue Fluty Jiunta of South Williamson, KY, Dorothy Lorrell Fluty (Gene) Belschner, of Severn, MD, Ethel Fluty Taylor, of South Williamson, KY, Emma Fluty Russell of Kirkwood, NY, Danny Ray (Ava Sue) Fluty of Ft. Myers, FL. Many nieces and nephews, some who would stop by to see her on their different trips to their Florida vacations.

Friends, she considered family, who were devoted to Frances:
Louise Hosford, Joann Norris, Rex and Linda Crawford and Teri Klein all of Sanford, FL.
