Fran Cowie, aka Uber Boss, aka Mom, aka Gogo, of Maitland, FL, formerly of Atlanta, GA, and Durban, South Africa, passed into the arms of our Lord on Wednesday, March 8, 2017. Fran loved and nurtured her husband Les, and her children Robin, Darryl, Colette and Ian. She passionately cherished her grandchildren Chantal, Peter, Zoey Anne, Kaden and Korben. Fran was loved by seven brothers and sisters, many cherished nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.

Fran was an active member of St Mary Magdalen Church, providing leadership for the KISSM Ministry and participating in Christ Renews Our Community. Fran devoted the game of Bridge and jumped at the chance to teach or play it. She directed games weekly at the Orlando Metropolitan Bridge Center.

A Funeral Mass for Fran will begin at 1 pm on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Saint Mary Magdalen Church, 861 Maitland Ave, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701. The mass will be followed by a brief reception hosted by the Knights of Columbus in the Church School cafe.
