Frances Ann Bricault, 79, of Eustis, Florida passed away on February 19, 2023 from a heart condition. Always preferring Fran over Frances, she was born in Linden, Michigan on December 10, 1943. The oldest of three children, she grew up with brothers Ralph Soper (Sharon) and Jack Soper (Diane) in Dunedin, Florida.
Fran is a graduate of the School of Nursing at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami where she met Braxton (Bill) Price whom she married and had three children. After the children were grown her nursing career really was started, where she worked at Leesburg Regional Hospital and then private practices. She last spent several years as Dr. Winter's nurse in Maitland. She really enjoyed working with him. She enjoyed her profession and gave top notch care to patients. With a kind heart and the ability to remain level-headed and calm in difficult situations, nursing was a perfect fit.
Fran was also the widow of Kenneth Johnson. They spent over 20 beautiful years together watching each other's children get married and watching grand babies come into the world prior to Ken's passing in 2016.
Fran is survived by her loving husband, Roger Bricault. Fran and Roger enjoyed spending time together traveling, dining out, shopping and being with family. They truly fed on one another's energy and that could be felt by those fortunate enough to be in their company.
Fran was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, as well as a devout Christian. Never short of smiles or kind words, it was always a delight to be in her presence. Whether she was out for a night on the town, or home solving Wheel of Fortune puzzles, she found joy in it all.
Fran is survived by her husband, Roger Bricault, children, Marjorie Spradley (Rusty), Bruce Price (Anya) and Michael Price (Jill), step-children, Suzanne Burgess (Clyde), Mark Johnson, and Kristin Whitaker (Thomas), grandchildren, Caitlin Spradley, Michele Ferrer (Monique), Chloe Price, Braxton Price, Taylor Johnson, Wesley Burgess, Will Burgess, Courtney Whitaker, Benjamin Whitaker and great grandson Gavin Fuentes.
