Frances L. Belko, age 103, passed away peacefully on Wednedsay, August 5, 2026 at Majestic Oaks Rehabilitation in Orange City, FL.  She was the loving widow of Edward Belko.

She was born on February 18, 1923, in Perth Amboy, NJ, daughter to her late parents, Joseph and Anna (Levendosky) Chapinski.

Frances is survived by her son, Edward Belko; her daughter, Karen Cruz and her husband, Hermen; four granchildren, Edward Belko, Lisa Fox, Taryn Camp, and Kelly DeSalvo; and six great-grandchildren, Jillian Fox, Will Belko, Justin Fox, Hayley Camp, Brayden DeSalvo, and Rose Frances DeSalvo.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Edward, all of her siblings, and her daughter-in-law, Vicki Belko.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 12:30 pm at DeGusipe Funeral Home - Maitland Chapel, 9001 N. Orlando Ave, Maitland, FL, 32751 with Deacon Manny Garcia officiating.

The family will receive friends and visitors preceding the service from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at the funeral home.

Interment will follow at Queen of Angels Cemetery, Winter Park, FL.
