Lackey, Forrest James (Jimmy) 72 of Altamonte Springs, FL, formerly of Sault Ste. Marie, MI, passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2014. He is retired from Progress Energy.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of nearly 50 years, Martha Ann (Turk) Lackey. His son Michael (Marie) Lackey, daughter Patti (Mark) Belisle and son Rodney (Kim) Lackey and their grandchildren; Jeremy, Tyler, Joshua, Dylan, Brett, Logan & Kinley. His sister Maxine (Lackey) Bertram and brother Dean Lackey.

He served in the United States Navy from 1960 - 1964 and was a devoted member of the Baptist Purity Church. He loved God, family and the great outdoors.
