FLETCHER L. HERRING, Jr.: born in Macon Georgia, October 21, 193; married, December 21, 1958, to Marietta Grames; four daughters: Kimberly Sue Dixon; Karen Elizabeth McCaffrey-Nagy, Lynda Louise Frye, and Lonna Lee Forss; at age 7, family moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; attended the Philadelphia school system and graduated from South Philadelphia High School, 1952; entered the primary trade and worked in the commercial sector until 1956; served in the United States Army in Panama, 1956-1958, honorable discharge; again employed in the comeri al sector in printing in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, until September 1958; attended Columbia Union College in Takoma Park, Maryland;again resumed practicing the printing trade in the commercial sector in Washington D.C. until 1961; employed with the United States Government Printing Office, Washington D.C., 1963-1975, worked on a number of Congressional Joint Committee on Printing, Capitol Hill, from September 1975 to November 1994; retired; consultant for a roofing company in Maryland until permanently retiring and moving to South Pasadena, Florida, in August 1995; he was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church; and a member of the Nitran Masonic Lodge 188, A. F. & A. M., St. Petersburg, Florida; died on March 6, 2019; he was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia E,DiMemmo; survivors include his wonderful, beautiful wife Marietta, whom he adored from the first day they met, they were married for 60 years; four daughters: Kimberly, Karen Lynda, and Lonna; eleven grandchildren, and one great granddaughter. He was laid to rest at the Veterans Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
