Fawn Edna (Murphy) Lilley, 70, of Clarksville, PA, passed away on November 20, 2023 in Washington Hospital, Washington, PA.
Fawn was born on June 15, 1953, in Pittsburgh, PA, the daughter of Frank and Dolores May (Stoewhaas) Murphy.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant son, Bernie Lilley, brothers, Herman and Lee Murphy and sister, Michelle Fischer.
Fawn is survived by her children, Joseph Allen Lilley of Clarksville, PA, Michael John Lilley of Waynesburg, PA, Jeffrey Allen Lilley and wife Karrie of Carmichaels, PA, and Audra Jean Lilley and David Durbin of Waynesburg, PA, 10 grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren, her sister, Patricia Rose and husband Ron of Waynesburg, PA , her brother, Edward Murphy of Waynesburg, PA, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Arrangements are under the direction of the DeGusipe Funeral Home and Crematory, Dolfi Chapel, 65 North Gallatin Ave., Uniontown, PA, Stacey A. Dolfi, FD. Interment is private.
