Obituary

Evelyn T Reich, age 88 of Winter Park, FL went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 23, 2019.

Evelyn was born in Boston, MA to the late Rev Fr. Salim & Skia Razook. She was a founding member of St George Orthodox Church, Orlando, FL.

She is survived by her sister Mary David-Deltona, brother John Razook-PBG, her 4 children Diane Thomas (Tom Wirth) of Orlando, Michael Simon (Harmony Kline) of WP, Yvonne Clayton (Brant) of Orlando, & Lisa Grady-Strange (Dennis) of Maitland & Marci Snyder, daughter by default.

She dearly loved her 12 grandchildren & 13 great-grandchildren. She was the best mother and mother in law one could have. Evelyn was happiest when surrounded by her family & her friends affectionately referred to her as the hostess with the mostest!

Evelyn was a business owner since the 1960's, when it was unheard of for a woman. She owned several beauty salons including one at the McCoy AFB & the Navy Base. She then found her passion in the jewelry business & opened Rich's Jewelers & several other stores since the 1970's until her retirement in 2008.

She was an elegant lady & kind to all. Evelyn always had a smile on her face that could light up the room. She worked hard & made many sacrifices to provide well for her children. She loved to sing, dance, travel, and dress to the nines! Evelyn was sweet & kind until her last breath. She will be dearly missed.
