Erene Verone Baptiste, age 71, of High Wycombe, United Kingdom, passed away on February 16, 2022. Erene was born on March 22, 1950 in Richland Park, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, the daughter of Pearlina King and Vertyl Bacchus. Erene was preceded in death by her mother and is survived by her father Vertyl Bacchus, husband Eldon Baptiste, her daughters Judy Thomas, Michele McCook, Arlene Baptiste and Nicole Baptiste. She is also survived by her 9 siblings; Steve Bacchus, Ephraim Bacchus, Sylvina Bacchus, Pearlina King, Verina Bowman, Fitzroy Bacchus, Evitha Bacchus, Phyllis Bacchus, and Chesley Bacchus.

She was also a devoted Wife, and mother, Daughter, Grandmother, Sister, Auntie, Niece, Cousin and Friend to those who knew and loved her. Her legacy will live on through her children and grandchildren.

She was a beautiful, strong, courageous, loving, generous, intelligent, talented, skilled, wise, kind, caring Mother and Queen who is now peacefully at rest in Jesus' arms.

Our hearts are heavy to lose such a wonderful woman, but we will hold on to the many amazing memories and life lessons she taught us throughout the years.

Sleep well our Queen, until we are reunited in heaven. We all are looking forward to your warm embrace on that glorious day.
