Emory Milton Speir, Jr., age 73 years of Deltona, Florida, passed away on February 8, 2021. Emory proudly served in the United States Army. Emory was born on December 31, 1947 in Sanford, Florida, the son of Emory Milton and Wilma (Squires) Speir, Sr.

He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Phyllis Diane (Larsen) Speir, Step-Son James (Susan) Wright, Daughters Sondra (Chad) Carter and Rebecca (Jason) Noll and Sister Amoret Sue LaRosa, and 10 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.

A Post Everlasting Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at the American Legion Post 259, 470 Summerhaven Drive, DeBary, FL 32713.

Inurnment at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, Mims, FL, on Thursday February 25th at 2:30 P.M.
