parents Dan and Donna Stull of Orlando, FL; sisters Tammy (Paul) Koshinsky of Pittsburgh, PA, Carrie (Angel) Rey of Salisbury, NC; nieces Courteney (Tylar) Olson, Kailey Rey, Madisyn Rey, Ashtyn Wylie, and nephew Mike Marino. Ed was born on January 24,1964 in Baltimore, MD to Dan and Donna Stull. He spent his childhood in Baltimore, and moved to Florida in high
school, graduating from DeLand High School in 1982. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1986 with a degree in Finance.
Ed's career spanned more than 33 years in the banking and public finance industry, providing financial advisory services for cities, counties, and toll road agencies. He was a managing director at Masterson Advisors, heading up the Houston-based companies' Florida operations. Prior to that, Ed spent 17 years as a managing director and regional managing director at Hilltop Securities (formerly First Southwest Company), and 10 years as a relationship manager at SunTrust.
In Ed's spare time, he enjoyed serving as a scout for Florida Citrus Sports, often traveling during college football season to meet with teams and build relationships that would lead to Orlando's college bowl games. He had a great love of music, sharing that passion with his stepson. Ed would often travel all over the country to see his favorite bands, and those who knew him, knew he was the "Go To Guy" for hard to score concert tickets. In addition to attending rock concerts, Ed could be found on the golf course at the Bay Hill Club, boating, or just enjoying playing with the family golden retriever and spending quiet time with his wife. He
will always be remembered for his Larger Than Life personality, hearty laugh that filled the room he was in, and being everyone's cheerleader. He was everyone's personal advisor, and was always ready to help anyone who needed it, no matter how busy he was. Ed was the funmaker, and loved talking with people. He will be deeply missed by all who loved him.
A private family mass will be held Saturday, July 20th, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, Winter Park, FL, followed by a Celebration of Life at Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club and Lodge in
Orlando, FL.
