Edward Allen Mcgie's Obituary
Edward Allen McGie, aka "Travis Jones", 81, of McClellandtown, PA passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2023, in his home.
Edward was born on February 17, 1941, in Iola, Kansas the son of Frank McGie and Mary (Buck) Snider.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Russell Allen McGie.
He is survived by his daughter, Rachelle Annette Corvino and husband Frank and their children, a special niece whom he made his home with, Melissa Wieler and husband Jacob and their three children, sisters, Anna Wylie and Judith Smith, brothers, Wayne Knight and Jimmy McGie and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
Arrangements are private and under the direction of the DeGusipe Funeral Home and Crematory, Dolfi Chapel, 65 N. Gallatin Ave., Uniontown, PA, Stacey A. Dolfi, FD. Interment is private.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023, at 11:00AM at Liberty Baptist Church, 183 Oliver Road, Uniontown, PA 15401. Military Rites will be accorded by the George C. Marshall Amvets Post 103.
