Edward "Palmer" Lee, III, son of the late Doris and Edward Palmer Lee Jr., was born on September 16, 1955, in Xenia, Ohio. He departed his life on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, in the comfort of his home surrounded by his friends and extended family.

Edward received his education from the local schools in Greene County, Ohio and was a graduate of Xenia High School. He later joined and served in the U.S. Navy. Following his service in the Navy, he later moved to Orlando, Florida. Edward worked for the Teamsters Union for many years, as well as enjoyed working around his home and throughout his community.

He leaves behind to cherish his fond memories, his two sisters: Patricia (Kenneth) Wallace of Woodbridge, VA. and Deborah M. Phoenix of Wilmington, DE; Three nieces: Stephanie and Ashley Wallace of Woodbridge, VA and Charla M. Phoenix of Wilmington, DE; Two nephews: Michael (Shamyra) Thompson of Lithonia, GA and Kenneth (Achlai) Wallace of Montreal, Canada; four grand-nephews and four grand-nieces; two special cousins: Rosalyn "Valerie" (Norman) Jackson of Xenia, Ohio and Lee Ward of Augusta, Ga; and a host of other family members and friends.

Inurnment will take place at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, November 16, 2020 at 3:00PM.
