Dulce Semmel, age 86, of Sanford, FL, passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021. Dulce passed from Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. She was surrounded by loved ones.

Dulce came to the United States from Havana, Cuba in 1949. She met and fell in love with her New York City husband Milton and they were married for 49 years.

Dulce was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Dulce loved her children and grandchildren and was proud of all of them. Their greatest achievements and successes can be traced back to her and dad. Dulce was an amazing and special mother and grandmother. She loved her bingo and m&m's! She will be sorely missed.

Dulce is preceded in death by her husband, Milton.

Dulce is survived by her children, Dr. Ralph (Esta) Semmel, Sally Murtaugh, Marcy (David) Weber and Glenn (Ana) Semmel. Her grandchildren are Sarah Semmel, Daniel Semmel, Brigit Murtaugh, Danielle Weber, Michael Weber, Zachary Weber, Samantha Semmel and Isabella Semmel.

Services were private. Dulce was buried alongside her husband, Milton at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
