On June 25, 2015, Duane Holloway passed away at his home in Sanford, Florida. Duane was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on August 10, 1948 to James and Connie Holloway, the first of six children, and spent his first few years on Signal Mountain, Tennessee, before the family moved to Sanford. An electrician by trade, he retired from Sanford Electric several years ago. Duane is predeceased by his parents, James and Connie, and brother, Richard.. He is survived by daughter, Pamela Holloway; son, Robert (fiancé, Leslie Clark; sisters Joan (Steve) Lynch, and Diane (Rob) Crews; sister-in-law Dianne Holloway; brothers Dennis (Michael Prestridge) Holloway, and Sherman (Pam) Holloway; grandchildren Sabrina and Brandon Holloway; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service is planned for October 3 on Signal Mountain, Tennessee where his ashes will find a resting place in the mountains he so loved.
