After a long battle with cancer, Douglas Charles Fife (68) has passed away in Altamonte Springs, FL, with his family and friends by his side. He was born on February 12, 1951 in Chicago, IL, to parents Arthur and Betty "Emig" Fife. Doug proudly served in the US Air Force, and was honorably discharged with the rank of Sgt.

Doug is predeceased by his parents and brother, Artie.

In addition to his loving wife of 25 years, Valerie, he is survived by daughters: Carol (husband, Stan); Newby and Patty Withrow; sister, Sandy Eagerton; nieces: Blair Kubie, Courtney Eagerton, and Madison Richmond; nephews: Chuck (wife, Nikki) Kubie, Stephen Eagerton, and Alex Richmond: grandchildren: Austin Newby, Andrew Newby, and Ava Newby.

Services are entrusted to DeGusipe Funeral Home and Crematory in Maitland, FL, (407) 695-2273. The family asks that donations in Doug's name may be made to the Orlando Prayer and Worship Center, or any charity of your choice.
