Dorothy Vrabel, passed away at home in Longwood, Florida, on November 18, 2020, at age 94. Beloved wife of George with whom she shared 72 years of marriage. Devoted mother of Chuck and his wife Elaine Vrabel of Medina, Ohio, Janet and her husband Phil Shearer of Longwood, and Georgene Vrabel of Longwood. Preceded in death by son Dennis Vrabel. Loving grandmother of Mike (Jen) Vrabel, CJ (Danielle) Shearer and Amanda Shearer and great grandmother of Tyler and Carter Vrabel. Sister of Rita Quirk and preceded in death by brothers Richard and Patrick McAvinew. Dorothy is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Vrabel lived in Barberton, Ohio where she met her husband George. Upon moving to Longwood in 1982 they joined Church of the Annunciation parish, where they were very active members. Dorothy was a member of St. Jude's Circle, loved attending family sporting events and was an avid bowler. Dorothy had many good times shared with her family and friends.

She will be laid to rest at Bushnell National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
