Dorothy A. Ansel, 87 of Ocoee, Florida passed away on Friday, November 15, 2019. She was born in Red Bank, New Jersey on April 22, 1932 to the late Frederick Andre and Teresa McGovern Andre.

She is also preceded in death by her husband Joseph F. Ansel and her loving son Jerome Joseph Ansel.

She is survived by Sons; Mark (Miki) and Paul Ansel and her daughters; Karen Ansel (William Borden) and Suzie (Jeffrey) Denis. Dottie also is survived by her 6 grandchildren; Christopher, J.D., Emma, Amber, Caroline, and Amanda, 3 great grandchildren; Tinly, Dani, Beckett, and her brother; Fred Andre.

Dorothy has lived in the Orlando area for the past 27 years and in Kailua, Hawaii for 13 years. She was a Real Estate Agent for Century 21 and most importantly Dottie spent a lot of her time giving back to her community. She was on the Board of Directors for the Variety Club and a Founding Member and on the Executive Board of West Orange Women. The West Orange Women just celebrated their 25th year anniversary. She was very involved in the Women's luncheons, the Fashion shows and she was on the Festival of Trees Committee.
