Dorothea Marie Carroll (Dottie) passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love and dedication to her family. Born in the heart of Brooklyn, New York, she was a cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Dottie had a remarkable talent for navigating discount shops, always emerging with incredible bargains that reflected her savvy shopping skills. Yet, her greatest treasure was her family, and she took pride in ensuring they lacked for nothing. The bonds she forged within her family were enriched by countless cherished memories.
With unwavering dedication, Dottie dedicated over six decades of her life to the workforce. Her career included notable positions at the Federal Reserve Bank and Brooklyn Hospital, where her contributions were valued and respected.
Though she has bid farewell to her daughters, Janet Meyers and Valerie Carroll, and her son, Freddy Meyers, Dottie's enduring love and legacy continue through her surviving daughters, Sheila Toledo and Diane Carroll. Her memory is also carried on by her beloved grandchildren, Jason Toledo, Chris Toledo, and Nick Toledo, as well as her cherished great-grandchildren: Anthony, Mason, Ava, Colby, Oliver, and Loki.
