Donato (Dan) Michael Pasciuto perished early evening on November 28th 2015 at the age of 89. Surrounded by many loved ones with song from his youngest sister, he peacefully passed having lived an enriched life. He is survived by his wife Mary Pasciuto; sisters Sue Hoefler and Loretta Smith; children Linda Russell, Michael Pasciuto, and Victoria Rariden; 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
Born and raised in the Bronx, NY, Dan was one of the few remaining WWII volunteer Navy veterans from the Pacific Campaign; a skilled bricklayer passed on from his father before him, then loyal retiree from State Farm. Having lived through 9 decades, from the Great Depression, to become part of the Greatest Generation, into the modern times we live today, he always stayed true to his roots and love for family, friends and country he swore to defend.
Please celebrate his life with us on December 11th, 2015 in Maitland FL. 4PM. Ceremony to commence at 430PM.
In lieu of flowers, please instead consider donating to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America, or other Alzheimer's research and assistance programs in Donato Pasciuto's name. Dan never had an enemy, yet Alzheimer's was his greatest foe.
