Donald Gerald Watson, lovingly known as "Big G" to some, died peacefully in his hometown of Ocoee, FL at the age of 67. Gerald is survived by his wife, Renee Watson (Ocoee), and his children, Amanda Burk (Ocoee), Amy Watson (Pittsburgh) and Marshall Watson (Apopka). He is preceded in death by his son, Marcus Watson and his parents, Jerry and Sarah Watson, all of Ocoee. Gerald was born on October, 4th 1956 in Ocoee, Florida. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and worked in commercial banking. He was also a thoughtful and influential leader of his adoring family and a caring friend. A funeral is scheduled for Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 11 AM. There will be a viewing scheduled for Friday, February 16, 2024 from 6-8 PM. Both services will be held at DeGusipe Funeral Home located at 1400 Matthew Paris Blvd, Ocoee, FL 34761.
