Donald Dean Schwanke, age 90, of Winter Garden, Florida, passed away on October 12, 2021. Donald was born on July 11, 1931 in Creston, Nebraska, the son of August John Paul and Marie (Schroeder) Schwanke.

Donald served in the United States Air Force and retired with the rank of Chief Master Sergeant after more than 23 years of service. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Jean Lee (Gordon) Schwanke, his son Keith and wife Gail, grandsons Joshua and Andrew Schwanke; daughter Marietta and husband Wesley, grandson Christopher and wife Kristin Olson and his great grandchildren Ethan and Audrey; and granddaughter Kaitlyn and husband Justin Gancarz and his great grandchildren Landon and Maddox.

A graveside service will be at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home in Jacksonville Arkansas. Entombment will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Park at 2:00 pm Tuesday, October 19, 2021.
