Donald Steve Garlinger, age 69, of Osteen, Florida, passed away on July 12, 2021. Donald was born on August 2, 1951 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the son of Charles and Helen (McQuiston) Garlinger.

He is survived by his wife Cherie Jean (Combs) Garlinger; his daughter Stephanie (Garlinger) Rivera; son Donald (Steve) Garlinger, Jr. and daughter-in-law Catherine Griffith Garlinger. He is also survived by his beloved granddaughters Marissa Nicole Rivera, Grace Ella Garlinger and Katelin Julia Garlinger. He was also survived by his brother Charles Dale Garlinger from Colorado and sister Theresa Gertrude (Garlinger) Williamson from Washington.

Donald known by his loved ones as "Steve" was a career painter his entire life. In his younger years he was an avid horseman and loved to draw. Steve enjoyed time with his family and granddaughters. He also loved cruising with his wife and family. Steve was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and best friend to his wife.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, on Sunday, July 18, 2021, officiated by Pastor Todd DeNoyer with a Reception following from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Kove Estates Clubhouse, 123 Kove Blvd. Osteen, FL. 32764.
