Donald Cleveland Burnsworth, Jr., 65, of Grindstone, PA, passed away on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, in Laurel Ridge Nursing Home, Uniontown, PA, with his family by his side.

Donald was born in Uniontown, PA, on May 24, 1960, the son of Donald Cleveland Burnsworth, Sr. and Patricia (Beals) Burnsworth.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Elizabeth Burnsworth and a brother, Patrick Burnsworth.

Donald owned his own sawmill company and retired as a logger. He also enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Donald is survived by his daughters, Kelly Beatty and husband Russell of Grindstone, PA and Keri Shaw and husband Joshua of Leisenring, PA, 5 grandchildren, Anthony Beatty, Isabel Beatty, Bradley Beatty, Samantha Beatty and Russell Beatty, siblings, Nina Kern and husband Dick of Normalville, PA, Madelyn Myers and husband John of Oliphant Furnace, PA, and Charles Burnsworth and wife Betty of Fairbanks, PA, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins and the Wise Family.

Arrangements are private and under the direction of the DeGusipe Funeral Home and Crematory, 65 N. Gallatin Ave., Uniontown, PA, Stacey A. Dolfi, FD. Interment is private. A dinner in memory of Donald will be held at a later date.
