Dominick Joseph Fazzolare, age 90, of Longwood, Florida, passed away while surrounded by his loving family on August 31, 2022. He was born on January 17th, 1932, in New York City, New York the son of Michael and Mary Fazzolare. He is preceded in death by his wife Rita and his brother Alfred.

Dominick will be greatly missed by his children; Michael John (Cheryl) Fazzolare, Dominick Joseph Fazzolare, Diane Marie (Tito) Bucholz, and Lorraine Carmela (Stephen) Nagbe; grandchildren Michael, Andrew, Peter, Daniel, Christin, Dominick III, Stephen III, Alberto, Bobbie, and Tonirae; great-grandchildren Andrew, Luke, Mia, Charlee, Grace, Daniel, Lily and nephews and nieces.
