Diana Elizabeth Jerzak (nee Caplinger), age 65, of Sanford, Florida, passed away on May 9th, 2020. Diana was born in Washington, DC on September 11th, 1954, the daughter of Harold & Anna (Webb) Caplinger. She is survived by her husband, David Allen Jerzak, 5 children, 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She worked in accounting at Emhart Powers in Elmira, NY and then Inex Vision Systems in Clearwater, FL where she was the Controller. She then opened her own bakery, Di's Delights, in Clearwater. She ran this business for 10 years before retiring and moving to Sanford, FL. Since retirement, she has been a dedicated volunteer at Wilson Elementary School, helping 1st graders struggling with reading and working in classrooms.

Her memorial will take place July 18th, 2020 @ 11:00am
