Derek Andrew Lavine, age 41, of Deland, Florida, passed away on October 13, 2021. Derek was born on November 25, 1979 in Carthage, New York, the son of Robert Nelson Lavine and Sharon Rose Walker.

He is preceded in death by his parents and survived by his brother William Lavine; and children Dakota, Logan and Crossfixxio.

We are having a celebration of life for Derek. Location will be at the Lake Monroe Park starting at 12:00pm November 14, 2021. Address is 975 Charles Richard Beall Blvd., Debary.
