Delmuse R. Oglesby, 75 of Sanford, Florida passed away October 7, 2018. Mr. Oglesby was born May 31, 1943 in Sanford, Florida to Wilbur and Mary Lee Oglesby.

He is survived by his loving wife Cheryl A Oglesby of fifty-one years, children Angela Welborn (Layton), Diana Lynn French (Nicholas), Delmuse Oglesby Jr, and family and friends. He is also survived by three grandchildren Allan Rumer, Briana Martin (Aaron) and Tyler Welborn.

He served the citizens of Seminole County for thirty years as a heavy equipment operator.
He served his country for eight years during the Korean and Vietnam conflict. During his military years of service he received marksman badges for rifle and parachute. He was an avid gun collector and parachute enthusiast.

Services will be held October 12, 2018 at our Sanford Chapel with a Visitation from 2pm to 3pm followed by a Funeral Service starting at 3pm to 4pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to St Jude Children's Hospital.
