Debra Gale Earnhardt, born Debra Gale Perkins, on February 12th ,1954 at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Kittery, ME to Ruth and Perley A. Perkins. Her mother remarried to Richard D. Schell who raised Debbie from the time she was three months old. She is survived by her daughter Samantha Gale Earnhardt-Hart and her grandson Marcus Taylor.
