Deborah Waldman Moses passed away on August 9, 2020, at her home in Winter Park. She was 59 years old.

Deborah, or Debi as she was affectionately known, was born on January 3rd, 1961, in Miami Beach. She lived there until the age of 17 with her family, who owned and ran several Miami Beach area hotels. She moved to New York to attend Queens College, where after graduating she would meet Jonathan Moses, whom she would later marry. Together they had three children- Jordan, Molly, and Lily. Debi and her family moved to Winter Park in 1999 (coincidentally her favorite Prince Song).

Debi worked in Hospitality technology for the better part of the last two decades. She was deeply passionate about her work and the people with whom she worked. She had risen to levels as high as Corporate Sales Director at more than one company.

Debi was a truly kind and caring person. She was someone to confide in without worrying about judgment. She had a moral fabric that was worn into her life through work and her friendships. Debi will be remembered by her family as living life with an unrivaled tenacity. She will be remembered as having the most beautiful singing voice, loving her dogs, and having the ability to make everyone feel special and important.

Debi's ability to continuously beat the odds during her almost eight year fight with stage four cancer was truly inspirational. Debi was tough in the best way and lived with joy.

Deborah was laid to rest at Temple Israel Cemetery on August 11, 2020 at Temple Israel Cemetery, 9302 Morton Jones Rd, Gotha, FL 34734
