David J. Riffey went home to be with his Lord on December 11, 2022. He was born in Rushville, Indiana on March 24, 1955. He moved to Florida in 1958. He graduated from Dixie Hollins High School in St. Petersburg and Florida Beacon College in Largo. He was key member of Life Church in St. Petersburg since its inception, serving on the church council and playing on the Worship Team. He leaves many loving memories with his sister: Donna Keller (husband, Bill), St. Petersburg; brother: Michael Riffey, (Renee, wife), Melbourne; his nieces and nephews: Billy Keller, David Keller, Rachel Riffey, Robert Riffey and Rebekah Riffey; a grand nephew, Brandon Riffey.
