David Vernon Poole, M.D. 57 of Longwood, Florida passed away Thursday, January 15, 2015. Dr. Poole was born April 6, 1957 in Carson City, Nevada to Vernon and Joan Poole. He is survived by his loving wife Rita; Daughter-in-law, Jennifer Brown Chatham; Son-in-law, John Wesley Chatham; Grandson, John Nash Chatham; and his sister Elizabeth Poole.
