David was born in Conneaut, Ohio on July 24th 1959. David was 1 year old when his parents moved to Orlando.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents ( Fred and Teresa Martin) and by his parents ( Ken and Lillie M. Evans).
He is survived by his sister ( Melanie L. Holden and her husband Randy L. Holden). He is also survived by his daughter ( Brooke Evans)
and his son ( Michael Evans).

David worked in the Auto Finance area at various car dealerships in the central Florida area.
David was an excellent golfer and played with a scratch handicap. He achieved semi pro status as a golfer and failed to qualify
For the PGA Tour on two separate occasions. David worked at several different golf courses in the pro shop. Davids passion was playing golf and giving golf lessons.
