Davendra Patel, 67, passed away on July 26th 2021. While his passing was sudden, he was surrounded by his family. He was born in Kampala, Uganda, where he spent his childhood. He moved to London where he attended Kings College earning a master's in Pure and Applied Chemistry. While in London, he married Jayshree and they had 2 sons, Mehul and Shivam.

He later moved to Florida with his family and had his own business for many years.

Most recently, he worked at Sanford airport, where he made many friends and had the opportunity to meet many people. He spoke fondly of his time there.

His kind and loving nature was Davendra's most memorable quality. He will always be remembered for his calming voice, his friendly demeanor, and his kind disposition.

Davendra is survived by his wife Jayshree, his sons Mehul (Jessica) and Shivam, and his granddaughter, Kajal.

A Hindu Service is scheduled for Sunday, August 1, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at DeGusipe Funeral Home & Crematory, 9001 N. Orlando Ave., Maitland, FL 32751
