Daniel Joseph Ciuzio, 47, of Orlando, Florida, passed away on April 20th, 2022.
Daniel, 47, was born in the Bronx, NY. He graduated from St. Raymond's High School and went on to study at Bronx Community College. He spent his career with the Florida Department of Corrections as a Correctional Officer, and was a dedicated public servant for 27 years. Danny was a lifelong fan of the NY Yankees and the Dallas Cowboys and spent 20 years as the commissioner of his fantasy football league, many of those as the league champion.
Danny was a loving husband to Patty, his wife of 20 years and a proud father of three girls; Anna (18), Ava (16) and Amelia (10), who were the light of his life.
Danny is now at peace with his grandparents, Cecelia and Anthony. He is survived by his wife, Patty; his three children, Anna, Ava, and Amelia; his parents, Camille and John Walsh; his brother Anthony (Elaine); his niece and nephew Ashley and Anthony and great-nephews Louie and Evan; his father and mother-in-law, John and Mary Bonenberger; his sisters-in-law, Beth Wickramasuriya (AJ), Judy Paternoster (Alan); brother-in-law, Jimmy Bonenberger (Cathy); nieces and nephews: Timmy, Eric, and Clare Wickramasuriya, Joey, Jack and Mary Paternoster, Ellie , Grady, Briggs, and Charley Bonenberger.
Services will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the children's 529 college fund at --
