Cynthia went home to be with the Father and Son on September 10, 2016 at a young age of 60.
Born in Danville, Illinois; moved to Florida in 1958. Cynthia (Cindy) was proceeded in death by her parents Oscar E. Winn and Dorothy H. Rhodes Winn, brother Barry Winn formerly of Augusta, GA and sister Cossie Winn Mills formerly of Pinellas Park, FL. She is survived by sisters; Sheryel Ewing and husband of Pinellas Park, FL, Penny Cozart, Lou Ann Bates and husband all of Augusta, GA, brother Kevin Winn and wife of Jacksonville, FL, and many nieces and nephews.
Cindy was a member of Saint Marks United Methodist Church in Saint Petersburg, FL for many years where she was a dedicated parishioner and devote Christian. She enjoyed spreading Gods love through activities; such as, teaching Sunday School, participated in and leading youth programs throughout the years, volunteering and assisting with many task from office help to meal preparation for the elderly and the needy.
Cindy was employed by Time Warner as a supervisor when she retired; she had spent more than 20 years with the company. She was a dedicated employee and cared for those she worked with.
She was a loving and giving woman that loved everybody and was always willing to lend a hand. She was an animal lover whom spent time volunteering with and taking in animals when time permitted. For all of us that were blessed to know Cindy knew the love she had for her four legged babies Megan and Annie; it was as comparable to a mothers' love.
Cindy will be missed, forever loved and leave a void in many hearts.
