Cynthia Ann Tiffany, age 73, passed away on August 8, 2022 in Winter Springs, Florida. She was born on April 21, 1949 in Seattle, Washington. Cindy's generosity and kind soul is what touched the hearts of all who knew her and what made her so special.

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Shirley Tiffany. She is survived by her loving, doting sister, Melissa Tiffany, of Winter Springs; her brother, Mark (Jill) Tiffany, of Antioch, Illinois; and niece, Lauren Tiffany, of Arvada, Colorado. She will also be missed by her many neighbors and friends in The Highlands who were like family to her; and also her beloved dog Winston.

Cindy grew up in Waukegan, Illinois. She graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science and later received a Master's in Education from Roosevelt University. She taught with SEDOL as a special education teacher. In 1989 she moved to what would become her forever home, Winter Springs, Florida. She received her license as a tax preparer and worked as an office manager for Financial Freedom until her retirement. She was also the treasurer for The Highlands Homeowners Association. She will be missed by all who knew her. Her family will have a Celebration of Life at a future date.
