Keltner, Connie M. Jr.
93, of St. Petersburg, passed away on March 16, 2014 at Bay Pines Veterans Hospital. He was born in Tampa on April 6, 1920. Connie was loved by many and he was devoted to his family, his country and to his community. He leaves to mourn his wife, Ruth; 5 step-daughters; 2 step-sons; many step-grandchildren and great grandchildren; his brother William of Brunswick, GA; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his former wife, Effie Irene, in 1999. Connie proudly served in the US Army during WWII. Throughout his successful career he managed Pittsburgh Plate Class Co., in St. Petersburg. He was a lifetime Kiwanis member. Visitation will be Saturday March 22, 2014 at 12pm, with the service at 1pm at R. Lee Williams & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery, 4207 E. Lake Ave, Tampa, FL 33610
